  - A new problem develops that we were not aware of before or during the services we are

• Problems created by improper computer use.

• Parts we purchase on your behalf that you reimburse us for.

• A solution for one problem creates a another problem that is not obvious, usual, or expected.
  

We want to accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any problems that result from the work we do. We wish that we could be perfect, but computers are very complicated, and sometimes unintended or unexpected problems can occur. In fact, sometimes the very solution to one problem can cause a new problem. We do promise to do whatever we can, within reason, to avoid such problems, and to rectify them wherever possible.
